My View: Surprise Surprise - Broadwayworld Checks Out Jennifer Diamond by Stephen Sorokoff

Times Square Chronicles November 9, 2015

Complete transparency here, I cover entertainment events for Broadwayworld. While I respect BWW I do not fear BWW so here are hopefully favorable photos of an actor/singer who happens to be married to Robert Diamond, founder of Broadwayworld. Jennifer Diamond's debut at Feinstein's/54 Below would have probably gotten the same cheering ovations from a "normal" audience, but friends, family, and Broadway folk couldn't contain their enthusiasm for this very talented and supremely entertaining performer. Richard Jay-Alexander director to the stars wrapped Jennifer with the words and music that properly displayed the superior acting and vocal talents of his client, and music director Joseph Thalken had all the right notes to support this wonderful singer. Jennifer has it all, she's seriously funny, can seriously act, and has a robust voice capable of sounding effective in all genres. Now lets have her perform her cabaret act for the regular folks so everyone can enjoy, it's bashert (meant to be). more...
